Had a 2 pick/1 drop shipment that was service sensitive. An (dispatch), provided consistent updates on driver's ETA, in-out times, of the seal/BOL when loaded. An also gave me ETAs to both stops with a ton of time in advance which allowed me to work with the receivers to move delivery appointments up so this product could be received ASAP. It is worth noting that I did not have to request these updates either which is rare in my experience.
