The situation is described not accurately in this negative feedback. Our Company has recommended itself as a reliable and trusted carrier throughout almost 8 years of operations. In this case we were scammed and became a victim of fraud. Our dispatchers have never sent a single quote to any broker without having a real existing unit. We never pretend and sugarcoat if the truck is our own asset or contractor and we are always ready to provide all requested paperwork right away. In that situation contractor that had set up with us in the beginning of February 2024 brokered our load without our knowledge using the fake identity of a carrier called Pirate Transportation to the real performer and planned to leave him wihout payment for the load. Though from our side while in transit we had no suspected assumptions that the load was re-brokered as the driver tracking. After our internal investigation and security check it turned out that the contractor used full fake documents to get signed up with us. We reached out to the actual performer and paid them in full, we paid to the fraudster and we didn't charge the broker regarding this shipment. Our company has already improved the system of hiring contractors greatly. We have already reported this fraud against the fraudster to one of the Police Departments in Pennsylvania and by your request we will be able to share more details about it. No doubts that we are not the only Company that suffered from the fraudulent activity of contractors related to Pirate Transportation. We believe that the justice will prevail and the scammers will be punished.
