Drivers or Dispatchers are rude and will argue with you about anything. They called on a 25ft 7500lb shipment we had posted and we asked them what type of truck they had, they said 26ft Box truck. We told them that if they open the load up and look at the details for the actual load they will see in the notes that we have requires a 53ft Dry van No Box trucks and they started arguing with us telling us but it will work on a box truck and you have box truck in the load, sir we know what our customers need and want, the load is not going to fit on your box truck as it is 98in tall and we several pieces that are taking up 10ft of space that are going to be 105 in tall so as we have stated it won't fir.
