We appreciated the communication they provided. Driver was delayed to pu due to previous load, they kept us in the loop and proactively told us when it looked like they may be delayed so we were able to give our customer a heads up. Driver also had some issues w/tracking, but continued to work together to get it resolved and consistent. Really appreciate their professionalism
