We tried multiple time to get in touch with this carrier after they picked up their first job with us, but they don't answer the phone most times and getting the bill of lading almost takes an act of Congress. As a matter of a fact, I actually got the B.O.L from the customer. When a carrier works with a broker, that carrier works for that broker. It's the brokers reputation on the line. You don't just take their jobs and go ghost till delivery. We won't work with this carrier again.
