we booked the load with Nico, the shipper was open until 3 PM, and he gave us ETA for 2 PM, Then at 2 PM when asked for an update he said the driver was on site, 2 hours later the dispatcher told us that they were in the wrong location so that they were not able to pick up the freight, I shouldn't trust this carrier from the beginning.
