I'm always given exceptional service shipments are picked up unexpected and all transports have gone really well.

They emailed me on a hotshot load, but only have a reefer and a power unit on their listed in their name. They gave me a fake driver's number, lied about the time they were getting empty and said they couldn't get macropoint until after their driver was empty at a previous stop. Then after I cancelled the load on them they did not tell the driver and he showed up at the shipper. Very bad experience would not work with them again.
