Carrier was booked 18 hours prior to PU, truck was empty and ready, at 6 AM we were advised by carrier that truck will be late 5 hours to PU, they also asked us if they can still stay on the load and provided time when they can PU the load, we agreed on them staying on the load and customer confirmed on new time for PU, after 1 hour carrier advised that they wont take the load and turned truck around.
DNU, unprofessional not worth booking.
