Onboard process was a piece of cake. Carrier picked up on time and delivered on time. His appointment was 8-10am Just In Time delivery. Crane was late and driver didn't get offloaded until 1130. They were patient, kept us informed of situation, we paid them detention and all was well. Driver arrived at 809am, on time. Would highly recommend for your shipment needs, they were professional and courteous at receiver while they were being delayed to offload!
