I have worked with them many times, different dispatchers all the time. They completely messed it up in one load, going in before the date and claiming a different load just so the driver could get loaded faster. We lost the next shipment because of the impatient driver. The dispatcher wasn't bad but neither keep his driver on site nor take action/communication with him

overall service was okay, worked with this carrier a couple of times, they could improve their ETA and also communications skills. even though the driver was constantly tracking it was difficult to get ahold of him or the dispatcher. Might wanna keep this on mind.
