MIT Freight is a ship it and quit it kind of carrier for me. They charged a cray high rate for a lane that we run quite frequently, didnt call out with updates nor were they easy to get in touch with if we called them.
- Dislikes
Communication is critical and when I cant get updates im not a happy camper. All of these things added together have mad me blacklist this carrier in my system.
