We booked a refrigerated load with MIR Transportation from Carthage, MO to Shasta Lake, CA on March 12, 2025. The pickup was completed on schedule; however, the truck was involved in an accident during transit, resulting in the total loss of the commodity, valued at $100,000. The damaged goods had to be dumped, and a claim was promptly filed. Despite repeated follow-ups, it has now been over a month with no updates or resolution provided regarding the claim. Our customer continues to contact us for status updates, but we are unable to offer any information due to the lack of communication from MIR Transportation. This report will stay until the claim is resolved.
