Driver showed up 4 hours before our pickup appointment with freight in the back of his truck already, we instructed them to leave the dock and go unload their freight before returning to our pickup. I made it abundantly clear to them that this was a dedicated shipment and the seal could not be broken. The driver proceeded to remain on-site for another hour to the point where we had to call again and reinform them to get the driver out of there. We thought we were in the clear once they finally got loaded, but that was really just the start of our issues. The driver made zero progress towards delivery for a day and a half and we never got any valid excuse as to why they wasted so much time. The truck then broke down over the weekend and they didn't inform us until the following day, which set our delivery back a day. Our client was understandably frustrated with the delay so we confirmed multiple times with the dispatchers that they would be able to deliver Tuesday evening which they assured us they could. Throughout this entire process, the driver's tracking link kept going out and the dispatchers were extremely hard to reach. Tuesday evening comes around and the driver is heading the complete opposite direction while our client is waiting after hours to receive them. We had to then push delivery to Wednesday morning, two full days after our appointment. The driver arrived Wednesday morning with our freight damaged in the back and our seal replaced, and offered some lame excuse as to why the freight was damaged. This carrier clearly took it upon themselves to take another load, damaging our product and holding our client's freight for two extra days. In conclusion, we ran into every single issue you can encounter in transportation these days. I will never work with Mir Transportation again and I encourage everybody out there to find literally any other carrier to work with.

We booked a refrigerated load with MIR Transportation from Carthage, MO to Shasta Lake, CA on March 12, 2025. The pickup was completed on schedule; however, the truck was involved in an accident during transit, resulting in the total loss of the commodity, valued at $100,000. The damaged goods had to be dumped, and a claim was promptly filed. Despite repeated follow-ups, it has now been over a month with no updates or resolution provided regarding the claim. Our customer continues to contact us for status updates, but we are unable to offer any information due to the lack of communication from MIR Transportation. This report will stay until the claim is resolved.
