We did not end up having a good experience with this carrier at all.

They broke down twice. Our load was over a week late and we would not get any updates unless we practically forced it out of them. Will never work with them again.

Driver was on time for the pickup and the load did eventually deliver.
- Dislikes
Carrier was really bad with updates. The truck had broken down after pickup and missed delivery by a week. The biggest complaint was the lack of follow through from the carrier. They would say they are going to update us and then radio silence until we make them give us an update. At first thought is may have been double brokered based on the shadiness, but nope just really bad with communication.
