Jose was our driver, and overall, it's a solid carrier. However, there's a slight communication gap from their drivers. Amanda the dispatcher was consistently on top of updates, but it would be beneficial if the drivers could show a bit more commitment in answering phone calls or messages from our track & trace team. Given that communication is crucial for keeping our customers informed about their freight, a little improvement in this area would go a long way.
Aside from that, they offer good service at a great price, making them easy to work with.
