Booked 26' CA-FL partial for pickup on 7/17/25. Showed up after hours on 7/16 with less than 18' of available space asking to be loaded and name on truck didn't match assigned carrier. Customer had me call driver "Victor" who told me - twice - I had the wrong number. Then said he was another driver for the company. When asked what company, "Victor" couldn't tell me what company even assigned him the load without going through paperwork. Dispatcher "Dustin" lied about double brokering load even when caught in the act. Almost definitely a double broker.
