Marvin Keller is a little behind the times when it comes to technology. They mailed a paper invoice instead of sending one via email. However due to the low rate they charged I don't care if they sent a carrier pigeon to deliver it to me.

Upgraded technology would be nice but they were cheap and delivered on time, and as long as those two things happen everything else is a wash.
