We assigned this carrier a stack of 2 flatbeds to pick up. The instructions stated friday pickups were by appointment only and they decided to try to do it that day without any approval. When they went they grabbed a stack of three trailers (none belong to us or were assigned to them) and informed us they had picked up the units after I had clocked off. Upon returning on Monday morning I found out they took the wrong load and let them know it needed returned immediately and the other load picked up. They complained and returned the trailers but didn't take the units after. It left us in a bind as the delivery was to a customer we sold the units to and they were expecting them that monday.
