I have used this company couple of times in the past, had flatbed load from KENT WA TO KCMO, the shipment did pick up and deliver, I got pictures of the truck loaded and pictures at delivery, the truck didnt make it on Friday pick up and had to wait until MOnday pick up, I was disappointed but the customer was ok with it, that can be the trucking industry.
