They were late to pick up, notified us after missed appt. They were 7days late to the drop, SEVEN. Told via text "not delivering today", dispatch didnt know what was even going on. Then told it was a breakdown & would deliver later that day, then it didnt. No replies, two days later, same story....until finally seven days later delivered.
