I booked a flatbed hot shot load with the dispatcher, he called me over the weekend and we got set up quickly, he let me know of the eta the next day early to inform the shipper, they had a winch and ramps that got my freight on the truck, the dispatcher responded to all my tracking request right away, the driver delivered on the date we agreed to and the pod came right after they delivered.
