I booked a load with the dispatcher, he gave me heads up when we booked there be chance the load would pick up the following day instead of the day i had the load posted for, I said that was ok, he sent the documents over to get set up, he picked up the next day, which was fine, he emailed me once at the pick up, and then once loaded, and we were in touch on the delivery since he was cutting it close on the time, but he did great job and gave great update, def use again.
