First time using this carrier for and LTL load and overall I am satisfied. certain details that they might need to improve their service, but certainly can use them again.

Lou Anne confirmed when the driver arrived to the shipper and despite some delays at the shipper, Gino was still able to deliver the shipment on time which was extremely important as this receiver can be pretty strict.
The driver, Gino, arrived to the shipper a little bit late for his appointment but this turned out to be a non issue as the shipper was already running behind.
