Carrier double brokered this load. I have picture evidence. They were days late to delivery and went completely unresponsive.

Booked 2 loads through Jacek ( Jack) going from CA-OH loading on different days. Neither of the drivers would answer call/text for tracking updates. Both trucks delivered a day late. The office has no after hours coverage of phones or emails to provide updates, and no after hours number or email was provided to us. The truck that showed up to load 1 load was a different carrier, not even an LIV truck. I called that carrier & he stated that he is a local carrier that works with LIV picking up loads so their OTR drivers aren't using up their hours, but nobody at LIV had informed us of this ahead of time. They later sent me a picture of an LIV truck hooked up the trailer & stated that was the truck that would actually be delivering the load. That was a lie. We asked the receiver to send a picture of the delivering trucks and it was a LIV Truck, but a different truck than he sent me the picture of. I would not recommend working with this carrier as they are dishonest, have poor communication, and can't make appointments on time.

LIV a good chunk of a drop trailer pool and didn't handle it well. We had issues with drivers checking in properly, not staying on tracking and delivering late.

I been using this carrier for a while on all my West Coast to the Midwest Partials, sure there been some time when the eta is 5 days and takes 7 days, but no carrier is perfect, there are times when I have to call in to get the eta's instead of email, but the pricing is inline and they always come through for me, especially at the CFS picks in the LA AREA

Dishonest, does not track consistently, has given false etas resulting in delivery two days late. Broke seal & cross docked w/out approval. Refusal to remove empty trailers...just all around no good. Cross country loads are especially iffy, please proceed w/caution
