They are double brokering loads. We used them quite a few times but over the last couple of months, our shippers started telling us trucks started showing up to pick up for L Transportation that had different carriers' names on them. When we questioned Leydi about it, she said she dispatched for them. When we explained to her that the carrier have to be leased to her directly in order to haul for us and the carrier said oh ok. They are double brokering loads.
Carrier needs to learn a carrier they dispatch for can not be booked under their own carrier account. They need to book the carriers they are setting up to haul the load with as the carrier that will be booked.
