Likes: Randy informed us that Harry was on his way and that hewould now be in charge of the shipment. After that, everything went nicely.
Dislikes: The most serious problem was that they were still stuck on their prior delivery and neglected to inform us. Fortunately, our shipper was open 24 hours a day, so the problem was minimal.
