I booked a 53 VAN load with the driver directly, the dispatcher sent the documents to get set up a good time frame. The driver gave me his eta, he did pick up my shipment on time, the next day the dispatcher sent me the pod over right away, the driver did pick up my calls regarding the pick up, no issues to report, I would use again.
