I booked a flatbed hotshot load with Kevin, he sent over the documents to get set up quickly, with in minutes, he had experience at the shipper, CFS place so he knew documents were needed and charges needed to be paid for the flatbed, we agreed on the apt time, he delivered on time and the pod came right away, he was easy to work with.
