After carrier signed the RC we sent with the specification about payment method on it: [CASH UPON DELIVERY] This people start to ask 50% Zelle on the Pick up. After we had a contract signed. So we decided to cancel the order and look for another carrier. They faked agreement to the cancellation and still went to pick up the truck in Copart. When the actual assigned Carrier arrived to the pick up point, the vehicle wasn't there anymore. This is considered as stealing and work without permission.
They pushed me away of the process going directly in contact with the client and never paid the broker fee. Driver's name Aldair Chavez and Dispatcher Tania Munoz...
