Typical 1 truck operation where driver uses dispatch service with "americanized" name. Booked the load one day.....never responded after contract sent. Only to call driver and says factoring company did not approve. Our credit is 97 and 20 dtp. Came back next day to say approved...took the load and fell off 90 minutes later. Not sure they were attempting to double broker.....but has many of the same tendencies and MO. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION....ESPECIALLY HIS DISPATCH SERVICE. WILLIAM GRANT EMAIL AT GOOGLE.
