I booked a load with the dispatcher, she sent me everything to get set up a good time frame, I need to advise the shipper on the time frame for the pick up, she gave me good updates the date of the pick up, she let me know the time the driver would pick up and deliver etas as well, the driver delivered and send the pod over right away.
