SCAMMERS AND FRAUD
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your company during our recent collaboration. As a broker in the industry, it's essential for me to work with reliable partners who uphold their commitments and deliver on promises made to our clients. Unfortunately, my experience with your company fell far short of expectations.
Firstly, communication was abysmal throughout the entire process. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for updates on the shipment status, I was met with delayed responses, vague answers, and in some instances, complete silence. This lack of communication not only caused frustration on my end but also led to dissatisfaction among our mutual clients who were eagerly awaiting their deliveries.
Furthermore, the level of professionalism displayed by your drivers was subpar. Reports of tardiness, mishandling of goods, and even instances of rudeness towards customers were brought to my attention, tarnishing the reputation of both our businesses in the eyes of the clients we serve.
Lastly, the final straw was the unexpected additional charges levied by your company without prior notification or justification. This blatant disregard for transparency and fair business practices is unacceptable and has left a sour taste in my mouth.
In conclusion, based on my recent experience, I cannot in good faith recommend your company to any of my clients or industry colleagues. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your services to avoid similar issues in the future.

Lenny was providing updates to us but it seems that they were not very accurate as the driver could not be reached the majority of the time. I will give credit that Lenny did always answer when we called for updates and did provide a POD as soon as the shipment was delivered.
