Communication wasn't great, they did reply but didn't give updates unless I asked about the pickup and delivery. No issues with the load everything was on time which is awesome for this long haul. Would like to get a little more updates for extended hauls though.

We've been using IGT Logistics for almost a year now and they continuously exceed our expectations. Our rep, Ashton Trepp, is not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also very responsive, which is key in our industry. Booking a shipment is always easy and I receive a quote within minutes. There have even been a few instances in which a customer has reached out for a last-minute FTL, and Ashton has come through every time!
Their communication once a load is booked is rock-solid; one of the main reasons we prefer them over other companies is the consistent email updates we receive from Eugene and his team when a shipment is in progress. I'm notified of the truck's ETA for pickup and delivery, when the truck is on-site at both locations, and also photos once the truck is loaded.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company; I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, hassle-free transport!
