We booked this load with Jordan at Jordan Express, but a completely different carrier — Partner Carrier — showed up to load.
This is a clear case of unauthorized re-brokering/double brokering. The shipper refused to load and asked the truck to leave the property.
Avoid working with this carrier if you expect transparency and proper handling of your freight.
