We have only used this carrier one time and it was an ok delivery. They made on time PU but a late DEL and they charged above market price but provided at market service.
- Dislikes
If I wouldn't have paid a premium rate then their mistakes wouldn't have really mattered but when I pay a higher than normal rate I expect to get better than normal service.
