BKD A LOAD W/MAX FOR VA-LA. ARRIVED W/ DIRTY TRL ON A FOOD GRADE LOAD AND WAS REJECTED. MY TEAM FOUND THE NEAREST WASH FACILITY WHICH WAS 52 MILES AWAY AT 1154 AND SENT DRIVER THE ADDRESS. DID A CHECK CALL AT 1450 FOR UPD AND WAS TOLD THEY WANT OFF THE LOAD BEC THEY DO NOT HAVE GAS TO GO GET THE WASH OUT. WE WERE NEVER UPDATED ON THAT ISSUE UNTIL 2 HOURS LATER WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. IF CARRIER WOULD HAVE LET US KNOW WE COULD HAVE HANDLED THAT ISSUE. ON DNU!
