I booked a flatbed hot shot with the driver directly, he sent me all the documents to get set up quickly, the COI was over fast too. He let me know once he was on site, he did let me know about the condition of the crates that he picked up, he end up having to break them down so they would be a safety hazard, he let the receiver know on the eta, he was on top of things, no issues to report.
