The carrier booked an Ft Worth, TX to N Little Rock, Ar load at 9am to pickup 10-11am. At 10:58am we got a text from the driver that he was heading to the shipper then. At 11:45 we get an email from the carrier's dispatcher stating the truck was having mechanical issues and they were having to cancel our load. When we called and offered to have them load on Saturday they hem hawd around like we were trying to force them to take the load, and they said no we can't do that, even though we explained to them that the receiver was expecting the delivery to start a job on Monday and we only had 2 hours to get another truck into the shippers, they didn't seem to care. Very Undependable people. When we called the driver to see what was going on and how far form shippers he was he said I am pulling into the shippers now, well come to find out the driver thought he was talking to another broker and had told us that when he was supposed to tell us he was headed to the shop, come to find out the canceled our load and rebooked a better paying load that paid them $150 more than ours. Don't trust they paly games.

Carrier needs to do what they say they will do instead of playing games and booking loads and then when you find another load that pays more dump the first load.
