J & A don't allow for you to speak directly with their drivers, which is initially a red flag. But we have developed trusted and are okay with their policy. Good carrier.

Good rate and they didn't haggle us when they could have as it was tight in the northeast around this time. Not haggling brokers goes a long way and we always remember it. Good and accurate communication about where the truck was and ETAs
