Very solid carrier that provides good rates and even better service. They have trucks all around the country and always provide good service. I work with a multitude of dispatchers and they all provide the same excellent service.

They are doing business as KINSEY DISTRIBUTION LLC. We booked a shipment with this carrier they keep telling us that they will do the job. jump on to the next day the owner told us that the driver is enroute and will pick up shortly, expecting basic professionalism. the driver calls us, telling that they have forgot printing the document. and told us that there will be some delay, after 2 hours they abandoned the shipment knowing that it was the last free day Instead, they abandoned the load at the last minute. telling us that their is too much traffic, after 15 min the driver calls and says our truck broke down, we can not do this load. The refusal to pick up after confirming caused serious delays and financial loss as it was an airport pickup and it was the last free day.
Communication was chaotic at best. It was clear that the owner and their partner are not aligned: conflicting updates, missed calls, and finger-pointing between them made it impossible to get a straight answer. The lack of coordination and accountability is staggering.
If you're looking for reliability, transparency, or even basic courtesy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was not just disappointing it was disruptive.
