What went poorly?

Late Delivery

For the delivery of this load assigned to this carrier, the was an issue with the truck that needed some repairs we basically couldn't do much but until received an update on the repairs of the damage. could've been more constant though.

Dislikes: Brandon was late for his pick up appointment but we were able to update the shipper prior to his appointment so it was not a huge issue.
