I booked a load with JAY the driver, he was nice and I sent the set up packet to the dispatcher, I was away from the office and they waited on me to get back, they sent everything I needed for the pick up, the driver picked up both of my loads, he called and advise at each stop, then delivered on time the next day, he sent the pod right away, he was easy to work with.
