We dispatched a load to this carrier for pickup on 12/22/2023. After he failed to do the pickup on the 22nd he advised he will do it on the 23rd. When customer reached out on the 24th to advise the car has still not been picked up, customer mentioned that the driver asked the customer how he would make payment. This was a USHIP payment method and was dispatched via USHIP and a small portion was going to be E-check from our company as we were minus on this load. On the morning of the 24th when we asked the driver why he has not yet picked up the load he asked how he was going to get paid. He said he will need to be paid via Cash App or he would not take the load. Why they accepted the load and signed the contract on 12/22 as a USHIP payment and wasted 2 days of our customers time right before Christmas is beyond me.
