Dispatchers give fair market rates when booking loads, but service quickly goes down hill.

Carrier was 3.5 hours late for a scheduled loading appointment. They called to complain that no one was at the shipper and we wasted their whole day. Hours early we had called for an update and were told driver would be on time.

Booking was simple but that may have been more of a fault than a positve

Carrier did not pay attention to the posting or the rate confirmation and sent in the wrong equipment, causing us to recover the shipment very late in the day.
