Tavarus provided no updates and barely responded to emails, calls, or texts. We had to chase him repeatedly, only to learn Randy was no longer the driver, without notice.
Client drove to meet the driver at the confirmed 3 pm ETA. The driver never showed. Rescheduled for the next day; that also failed—no show, no communication. Unreliable, poor communication, repeated no-shows. Deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
