Overview
Henry Farmers Co-op was established in 1948 by a group of local farmers in order to provide their farming community with a reliable source of agricultural inputs such as fertilizer, seed, and chemical. Over 70 years later, that is still our primary goal, to serve our farmers.

The carrier booked a load on 11/16 to pick up 11/17 8a-2p. On 11/17 we call the carrier and confirm the driver is still good for the pickup and they agree and said he will be there around 11;30am. The driver even confirmed he was being unloaded at 11:30am. At 1:30 we get an email from the carrier saying they were not going to make it by 2 pm and take them off the load which had to be delivered at 8am on 11/18. The carrier's dispatcher nor the driver have very good communication skills and if anything happens on their side they will drop your load and leave you hanging, not trustworthy.
- Dislikes
Carrier needs to learn to communicate delays and hold-ups with the shippers and brokers they book with. We could have recovered that load if we would have known their receiver was not unloading them in a timely manner.
