This carrier should be marked as No Load in any broker's carrier system. They claim to only have 1 truck, but they are picking up multiple loads on the same days in totally different areas of the country. They booked a DEDICATED load with me that had a strict delivery day and time. The day it was supposed to deliver, I was informed the driver ran into fog and black ice (in the panhandle of FL lol) and would not make it for delivery. They then didn't deliver the next day saying the truck was broke down. Meanwhile I requested that the driver (spoke no English at all) send me a video of the load currently. He sends me a video clearly showing another load on the same trailer as my load. Also, the truck info on the side of the cab was not Heroe Transportation, thus was double brokered. Load ended up delivering 4 days late, was partialed out, and double brokered with a totally non-English speaking driver. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

This carrier has already cancelled three loads. We booked another load with them yesterday, and they assured us they would pick it up today. They called 30 minutes before the appointment to say they would not be able to make it on time.
We secured another pickup window at 4:00 PM, and they claimed their ETA would be 4:40 PM. I informed them that if any storage fees applied for Monday, they would need to cover them, but they refused.
Had they informed us in a timely manner, we would have been able to assign another driver for today’s pickup.
