HORRIBLE communication. Took forever to get the POD sent over to show it was delivered, wouldn't email back. Terrible service! Showed up 2 days late for delivery and also included some damage with the product!

Made arrangements with the carrier to have the driver call the shipper's cell. She was going to come back and load the truck after hours. Never showed up. Carrier claimed he called but no one answered the cell phone at the shipper. Next day they opened at 8am but now it's 9am and he is still sitting at truck stop in Akron, OH doing his PTI. Shipper said if we are not there by 10:00 to load she is pulling us from the load. 9:30am and the truck is still in Akron at the truckstop and dispatch says eta is 10:30am to the shipper. Customer pulled the load from us.

We setup and booked this carrier same day for pickup. We had no issues with the carrier however freight was rejected and had to be returned to Canada. Their team was extremely attentive and responsive, without their cooperation we would have been in a bind with our customer.
