Be aware brokers to use them(Rendex logistics) , you will have to chase them to get updates ,Raaj and balwinder will stop answering your calls after booking loads .Horrible experience

Be aware they also do business as "Rendex"
Back in August of this year (2023) We booked this carrier on vital tanker endorsed load. Seemed ok, but we were wrong. Once I booked the load. I called the "driver" someone answered and said he was at a truck stop getting food.
Later I look up the phone number provided for the driver. It was listed on RMIS as the owner of the company.
The time for pick up was upcoming calls and no answers. I decided to ask dispatch. No one answered the phone and then the line disconnects.
Fast forward to delivery. No answers the phones hours of emails. Then get an email stating the load is delivered. The customer has to shut down their plant because they have not delivered the vital materials.
I call them over 50 times and 20 emails no answer. My manager gets involved and tells them he will post a freight guard report. Finally a response.
The carrier says they made a mistake because they had another load with the same lane. Still the load is not delivered. Two days after the delivery was missed. We finally get a tracking link. The driver is 300 miles away. But finally makes the delivery or so it seem. We still have not received the POD.
Seems like the carrier brokered this load out. They were not honest. They also have in their email they donate money to a organization that does not exist.
Furthermore the dispatcher called us to say the review was for someone who impersonated them. But was from the same number who called us to book the load and provided inaccurate load updates.
