I booked a load with the dispatcher for the driver, I called the driver direct and confirmed the dispatcher worked with him, he said he would arrive at 7am and drop same day, the dispatcher sent the paper work over to get set up good time frame, the driver did get deliver same day and did everything was suppose to do, the customer confirmed the driver delivered,
