Unresponcive and very assuming carrier.
They assumed that they can change the pickup date and get away with it.
They ruined our guarentee for the pickup since the shipment had to be picked up on Monday and they on their own decided to pickup the shipment on Tuesdya without any consultation or information provided to us.
